Are there any sound cards than can be used with Voice Guide that use sound files with better fidelity than the 1/8/11025 used by Dialogic?

For Analog lines the Dialogic analog cards is as good as it gets.

If you want top-quality sound then you may want to look at using digital lines (T1/E1 Robbed Bit or ISDN) the digital cards will generally sound better then analog cards.
